Join the Georgia Coroners Association for our 2027 Spring Annual Meeting & Off-Site Class on beautiful Jekyll Island! This annual event brings together coroners and deputy coroners from across Georgia for continuing education, professional development, and networking.

As an exhibitor, your organization will have the opportunity to connect with attendees, showcase your products and services, and build valuable relationships with professionals serving communities throughout Georgia.

Important Vendor Information

You MUST be an approved 2027 Sponsor of the Georgia Coroners Association to attend and exhibit at this event.

All 2027 sponsorship dues must be paid in full prior to the conference.

To participate as a vendor or exhibitor, your company must first become an approved annual sponsor of the Georgia Coroners Association. Annual sponsorship provides opportunities to connect with our membership, increase your organization's visibility, and participate in Association events throughout the year.

Vendor Setup & Exhibitor Details

Vendor Setup: Schedule to be announced.

Each registered exhibitor will be provided with:

• One (1) exhibitor table
• Two (2) chairs
• One (1) tablecloth

Vendors will have opportunities to introduce their organizations, engage with conference attendees, and participate in networking activities throughout the event.

We also encourage exhibitors to contribute a raffle item for our vendor giveaways, a popular opportunity to engage with attendees!

Shipping & Deliveries

Vendors who plan to ship exhibitor materials, displays, or supplies directly to the resort must coordinate all shipping and delivery arrangements with the Jekyll Island Club Resort in advance.

Please contact the resort directly to confirm shipping instructions, delivery dates, handling fees, and storage availability.

The Georgia Coroners Association is not responsible for receiving, storing, or managing vendor shipments.

Conference Schedule

Monday, April 19 – Wednesday, April 21, 2027

A detailed vendor itinerary, including setup times, vendor introductions, raffle giveaways, and scheduled networking opportunities, will be provided closer to the conference.

Please note that certain Association meetings and training sessions are reserved exclusively for coroners and deputy coroners.
